COVID-19: Guest Health and Safety

To align with the government’s response to Covid-19, we have new updates to the way we operate.

From 3 December 2021, New Zealand will be moving to the new COVID-19 Protection Framework, Traffic Light System. In response to the new system and for our business to remain open and ensure our guests and staff remain safe, we must adhere to the following procedures.  

  • All guests (aged 12 and older) must be double vaccinated and have a valid My Vaccine Pass  
  • All guests (aged 12 and older) will be asked to show/scan their My Vaccine Pass upon on arrival and when entering our venue
  • Face coverings are encouraged to be worn by all guests upon entering public areas, but not required (staff members will be wearing masks)  

We ask all guests to have your ‘My Vaccine Pass’ printed or downloaded on your mobile phone prior to arriving to avoid disappointment and/or refusal of entry. The new framework operating procedures are restrictive and out of our control.

We respect our guests’ differing views and personal choices; however, we have a responsibility to abide by the legal requirements of the Traffic Light System.  

Your health and wellbeing remain our top priority and we look forward to a day when we can operate safely again outside of this framework.
