Booking Procedure:
Website, phone and email bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a 50% deposit of the total value of the stay. All reservations are to be secured via a valid credit card.
Payment Policy:
A 50% deposit of the total amount will be deducted via credit card at the time of booking.
The final balance of the stay is to be paid upon check out along with any incidentals.
A non-refundable GST inclusive surcharge will apply to all credit card transactions comprising of 2.5% for Visa, MasterCard & Amex
Standard Cancellation:
Reservations cancelled between 30 days and 15 days of arrival incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of total stay.
Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival incur 100% cancellation fee for each room night booked.
Festive & Peak Season Cancellation: (16 Dec – 31st Jan, 01 April – 30 April)
Reservations cancelled between 60 days and 46 days of arrival incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of total stay.
Reservations cancelled within 45 days of arrival incur 100% cancellation fee for each room night booked.
The Spire Saver Booking & Cancellation Policy:
The Spire Saver rate is both non-refundable and non-exchangeable. By confirming your booking, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
Full payment is required at the time of booking, inclusive of a 2.5% non-refundable credit card surcharge. All payments are final and taken from the Credit Card provided for guarantee, no refunds will be issued for cancellations, no-shows, or early departures. Date changes are not permitted; once the reservation is confirmed, it cannot be modified or transferred to another date or guest.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances.
Standard Group & Exclusive Use Cancellation:
Reservations cancelled between 60 days and 46 days of arrival incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of total stay.
Reservations cancelled within 45 days of arrival incur 100% cancellation fee for each room night booked.
Groups (4+ Suites) Cancellation within 60 days incurs 50% charge, within 45 days of arrival 100% cancellation fee applies, calculated on total value of accommodation booked.
Festive and Peak Season Group & Exclusive Cancellation: (16 Dec – 31st Jan, 01 April – 30 April)
In the event of cancellation or amendment of dates within 90 days of arrival, the deposit is forfeited and a cancellation fee for the total amount of accommodation booked applies.
