Terms & Conditions

Booking Procedure:

Website, phone and email bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a 50% deposit of the total value of the stay. All reservations are to be secured via a valid credit card.

Payment Policy:

A 50% deposit of the total amount will be deducted via credit card at the time of booking.

The final balance of the stay is to be paid upon check out along with any incidentals.

A non-refundable GST inclusive surcharge will apply to all credit card transactions comprising of 2.5% for Visa, MasterCard & Amex 

Standard Cancellation:

Reservations cancelled between 30 days and 15 days of arrival incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of total stay.

Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival incur 100% cancellation fee for each room night booked.    

Festive & Peak Season Cancellation: (16 Dec – 31st Jan, 01 April – 30 April)

Reservations cancelled between 60 days and 46 days of arrival incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of total stay.

Reservations cancelled within 45 days of arrival incur 100% cancellation fee for each room night booked. 

Standard Group & Exclusive Use Cancellation:

Reservations cancelled between 60 days and 46 days of arrival incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of total stay.

Reservations cancelled within 45 days of arrival incur 100% cancellation fee for each room night booked. 

Groups (4+ Suites) Cancellation within 60 days incurs 50% charge, within 45 days of arrival 100% cancellation fee applies, calculated on total value of accommodation booked.

Festive and Peak Season Group & Exclusive Cancellation: (16 Dec – 31st Jan, 01 April – 30 April)

In the event of cancellation or amendment of dates within 90 days of arrival, the deposit is forfeited and a cancellation fee for the total amount of accommodation booked applies.
